遵义县7133例院前急救疾病谱调查分析
Investigation and analysis of the spectrum of pre-hospital emergency care for 7 133 cases in Zunyi county

Abstract
Objective:To understand the composition and distribution characteristics of the spectrum of pre-hospital emergency care in Zunyi County from 2014 to 2015,to provide scientific basis for the construction of the emergency center and the training of emergency personnel.Methods:The original data of bus register of pre-hospital emergency care from January 2014 to December 2015 were input to Excel,and we carried out the retrospective analysis.Results:During two years,there were 7 133 visits in Zunyi county,and the pre-hospital emergency visits were the most at october.40 to 49 years of age was a high incidence of morbidity,10:00 to 10:59 was a high incidence of call.Nanbai town had the highest incidence rate.The percentage of traffic injuries was the highest.Conclusion:We should strengthen the emergency equipment and personnel equipped in the time and town with the high incidence rate,strengthen the training of first aid skills,improve the public awareness of traffic safety,improve public self-help and mutual aid capabilities,so as to improve the ability of treatment of critically ill patients,reduce the mortality.关键词
