摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the cost-effect of Toutongning capsule and flunarizine in the treatment of migraine.Methods:191 patients with migraine were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 96 cases and the control group with 95 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.Patients in the observation group were treated with Toutongning capsule.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group of 95.8% was significantly higher than 70.5% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cost-effect analysis:in the observation group,the cost for unit treatment effect(C/E) was 11.4 yuan;in the control group,the cost for unit treatment effect(C/E) was 14.5 yuan;the cost for unit treatment effect in observation group was less than the control group by 3.1 yuan.Conclusion:In the Toutongning capsule and flunarizine for treatment of migraine,Toutongning capsule was the preferred drug.关键词
