Analysis of 10 cases with secondary nigral degeneration after striatal lesions
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical features and imaging changes of secondary nigral degeneration after striatal lesions.Methods:The magnetic resonance imaging data of 10 cases of patients with striatal lesions were analyzed.Results:The MRI of secondary nigral degeneration after striatal lesions showed nigra in the same side of striatal lesions had abnormal signal,with reduced or equal signal on T1WI and increased signal on T2WI,DWI and FLAIR showed high signal.Conclusion:Secondary nigral degeneration could occur after striatal lesions and the degeneration had characteristic manifestations on MRI.关键词
