摘要
Abstract
Objective:To test the serum level and its changes of the lung tumor markers(CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE)in the crowd of jade carving.Methods:98 people worked in the jade carving workshop and 60 healthy people were selected randomly,and they were divided into two groups.Each group was divided into with and without smoking history.The changes of serum level of lung tumor markers(CYFRA21-1,CEA,NSE) were detected respectively on the length of service for 1 year,2 years and 5 years.Result:The serum changes degree of CYFRA21-1,CEA and NSE were detected in the patients of two groups by statistical methods.The difference was statistically significant.The serum level of CYFRA21-1,CEA and NSE of the people worked in the jade carving workshop of different length of service is higher than that of normal people.The serum level of CYFRA21-1,CEA and NSE of long length of service is higher than that of short length of service.Conclusion:The expression level of CYFRA21-1,CEA and NSE was closely related to the occurrence,development,pathological type and severity of lung cancer in the crowd of jade carving.关键词
