摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of combined detection of serum calcitonin(PCT) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in diagnosis of infectious diseases in children.Methods:96 cases of children with infectious diseases were selected.They were divided into the bacterial infection group with 54 cases and non bacterial infection group with 42 cases,at the same time,60 cases of healthy children were selected as the control group.We respectively detected and compared the serum PCT and CRP of all groups. Results:In the bacterial infection group,the serum PCT and CRP levels and the positive rate were higher than those of the non bacterial infection group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum PCT and CRP in the bacterial infection group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of CRP and PCT can be used for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of infectious diseases in children.关键词
