Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of 64 rows of 128 layers CT for duodenal diverticulum.Methods:The clinical data of 30 cases of patients with duodenal diverticulum diagnosed with 64 rows of 128 layers CT were analyzed retrospectively.Results:CT images showed that oval shaped or nearly-circular shaped bag like shadow close to the intestinal wall outside the wall of duodenum.25 lesions were located in descending duodenum;5 lesions were located in pars horizontalis duodenum;3 lesions were located in ascending duodenum.Conclusion:64 rows of 128 layers CT had high-resolution and could show the relationship between duodenal diverticulum and adjacent organs.关键词
