Comparison of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of sacroiliac joint lesions in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the comparison of the results of CT examination and MRI examination in sacroiliac joint lesions of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:The sacroiliac joint lesions in 32 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were selected.We performed statistics and classification on the clinical features of CT and MRI in all patients.Results:For sacroiliac joint lesions in patients with grade I ankylosing spondylitis,MRI examination can diagnose more lesions than CT.For the diagnosis of bone sclerosis and bone erosion in patients,the detection rate of CT was significantly higher than that of MRI.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diagnosis of early ankylosing spondylitis can select MRI,but the diagnosis of grading of the lesion of the sacral joint in ankylosing spondylitis can select CT.关键词
