Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of extrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods:We made a retrospective analysis on the preoperative ultrasound diagnostic data of 54 patients who were confirmed as extrahepatic bile duct stones by surgery in the clinic,summarized the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis of extrahepatic bile duct stones.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound was 92.59% ,the main characteristics of patients with abdominal ultrasound diagnosis:the mass echo intensity or intensity,with the sound shadow,which can be combined with the upstream bile duct effusion expansion phenomenon.Conclusion:Overall,the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis of extrahepatic bile duct stones has been very high.关键词
