老年慢性心力衰竭患者的综合护理干预
Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were divided into the intervention group and the control group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There were no statistically significant differences of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cardiac function between groups(P>0.05).After nursing,there were statistically significant differences of LVEF and cardiac function between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could improve the quality of nursing care in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.关键词
