Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of warm midwifery nursing intervention used in the birth process.Methods:100 puerperant with natural vaginal delivery were selected.They were randomly divided into the warm group and the conventional group.They were given warm midwifery nursing intervention and routine obstetric care respectively.We observed the labor process, haemorrhage rate,general satisfaction of puerperant to nursing work of the two groups.Results:The warm group was better than the conventional group in the comparison of three stages of maternal labor.The incidence rate of haemorrhage in the warm group was lower than that in the conventional group.The general nursing satisfaction of the warm group was better than that of the conventional group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of warm midwifery nursing intervention in birth process can effectively shorten the birth process,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the general satisfaction of puerperant to nursing work.关键词
