英夫利昔单抗治疗川崎病1例报告并文献复习
1 case report and literature review of Kawasaki disease treated with infliximab
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore new treatment for Kawasaki disease(KD) with intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) resistance. Methods:We made a retrospective analysis of patient with KD who were resistant to initial IVIG received infliximab,and reviewed the relevant literature.Results:Infliximab treatment for Kawasaki disease with intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) resistance take effect quickly,the patients’ temperature quickly returned to normal.Temporal hypothermia and aleucocytosis were detected.After one-year follow up,the patients has stable long-term outcome.Conclusion:Infliximab was probably a new choice for KD with IVIG resisitance.关键词
