摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the Yiliang and Ludian earthquake injury characteristics and rehabilitation needs.Methods:We used the questionnaires,interviews and participate in the diagnosis and treatment methods to do the investigation analysis and research on the object.To develop a unified questionnaire,do the statistical classification of injuries and injury causes according to the earthquake disaster disease classification method set by the world health organization.Results:Yiliang earthquake wounded to crush trauma and high fall mainly,Ludian earthquake victims in collapsed houses caused by crush injury and landslide and debris flow caused by blunt force trauma based.After preliminary screening required auxiliary demand mainly ankle foot orthosis,waist, spine vest,crutches,walking device and so on.Conclusion:In the face of natural disasters should be combined with the injury characteristics and rehabilitation needs of the disaster of the geographical environment,the wounded to develop effective medical rescue plan,good personnel and material reserves,rational allocation of medical resources and to ensure timeliness and effectiveness of the treatment.关键词
