Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare the long-term curative effect of tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) procedure and tension-free vagonl tape obturator (TVT-O) procedure in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).MethodFrom January 2006 to January 2009, 146 cases of female SUI patients were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, observation group patients accept TVT-O, control group patients accept TVT, compared the clinical cure rate and complications between the two groups after long-term follow-up.ResultThe 5 years or more subjective cure rate in observation group was signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05). After 5 years and beyond, the quality of life score of observation group signiifcantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The overall incidence of complications in observation group was signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion TVT-O in the treatment of female SUI has good long-term cure rate, the total incidence of complications is low, suitable for clinical application.关键词
