老年人群臂间血压差异研究
The detection of inter-arm blood pressure difference of elderly people

Abstract
ObjectiveTo provide baseline data of the inter-arm blood pressure difference (IAD) among elderly people.Method1566 cases who visited the outpatient clinic and inpatient department of our hospital were examined. Simultaneous BP measurements were obtained used the Omron HEM-7220 BP monitor in both arms. Three BP recordings were obtained in each arm and then IAD was calculated. IAD included sIAD (systolic inter-arm difference) and dIAD (diastolic inter-arm difference). The constituent ratios were compared between subjects who were divided into groups of age (<60 years, 60~80 years,>80 years) and IAD≤5 mmHg、5~10 mmHg and>10 mmHg.Result ①The constituent ratios of IAD 5~10 mmHg and>10 mmHg in older cases were higher mainly relfected in dIAD.②Of IAD 5~10 mmHg and>10 mmHg in femal the constituent ratios were higher (20.1%, 4.8% respectively) in dIAD compared with those of male (16.9%, 2.0% respectively).③Participants with hypertensives had a higher constituent ratios of dIAD compared with those of normotensives.ConclusionThere are considerable differences in inter-arm diastolic blood pressure associated with femal or hypertension and so emphasizes concerning to its importance of clinically signiifcant.关键词
