Implementation of“Fracture Liaison Services” to prevent secondary fracture
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the incidence of the secondary fracture after fragility fracture, International Oste-oporosis Foundation advocated ‘Capture the Fracture Campaign’ through the implementation of ‘Fracture Liaison Ser-vices ( FLS) ’ .The evaluation for FLS shows that the implementation of FLS can effectively improve the rate of osteopo-rosis diagnosis, treatment, and medication adherence in fracture patients.FLS also effectively reduce the secondary fracture, and improve quality adjusted life years ( QALYs) of the patients.FLS is a cost/effective system in post-frac-ture management.关键词
