New research progress of glucocorticoid-induced bone lesions
摘要
Abstract
Glucocorticoid-induced bone disease is one of the more common and serious side effects of glu-cocorticoids, of which pathogenesis is not yet clear.A large number of vitro and vivo studies have indicated that the re-lated cell damage and regulatory factors are the main causes of the disease.It often lead to osteoporosis, osteonecrosis and growth retardation and they have some common pathogenesis.However, the macroscopic symptom of the lesions are different, so the internal mechanism of the disease has its own characteristics.We review new progress glucocorticoid-induced bone disease.关键词
