Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relationship between mammographic malignant calcifications of breast cancer and the expression of ER, PR,CerbB-2, lymph node metastasis and tumor size. Methods Retrospective analysis of 174 patients pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer. The relationship of radiological sign of mammographic malignant calcifications in breast X-ray photography with ER, PR,CerbB-2 expression of tumor tissue, lymph node metastasis and tumor size were recorded and analyzed. Results Lymph node metastasis and tumor size were not significantly different between breast cancer with and without mammographic malignant calcification (χ2=0.033,P=0.857;χ2=1.774,P=0.183). Compared with those without mammographic malignant calcifications, ER and PR expression were decreased (χ2=6.064,P=0.014;χ2=6.064,P=0.014), butCerbB-2 expression increased (χ2=7.866,P=0.005) in breast cancer with mammographic malignant calcifications. Moreover, the increasedCerbB-2 expression in breast cancer was characterized with weak positive expression (χ2=8.654,P=0.003).Conclusions Patients with mammographic malignant calcification shows the increasing ofCerbB-2 expression in tumor, which may indicates their bad prognosis.关键词
