摘要
Abstract
The development and progression of prostate cancer is a complex process. Abnormalities in the intracellular signaling pathway are important mechanisms in the development and progression of prostate cancer. Previous studies have demonstrated that the Hedgehog signaling pathway, WNT signaling pathway, Notch signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway played important roles in prostate cancer development, progression and metastasis. In this paper, we made a brief summary on the relevant signal transduction pathway in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer, expecting to pro-vide new targets, techniques and means for preventing and early diagnosing and treating of prostate cancer.关键词
