摘要
Abstract
Cancer is a complex disease resulting from genetic and epigenetic abnormality. According to the present researches, epigenetic modification is of practical significance in the occurrence and development of tumors, mainly in the change of DNA methylation, regulation of miRNA expression, histone modifications, activation of oncogene, silence of tumor suppressor genes and so on. Aberrant DNA methylation influences chromatin configuration and expression of oncogene and tumor suppressor genes, thus involving in tumorigenesis. Comprehensive knowledge of the research progress in Cervical Adenocarcinoma DNA methylation could not only make help in early diagnosis of the disease, but also have great clinical value in the targeted treatment and prognosis assessment.关键词
