CdTe/CdS 核壳量子点的合成及表征
Synthesis and Characterization of CdTe/CdS Core-Shell Quantum Dots
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the CdTe/CdS core shell quantum dots were synthesized by using self assembly method while CdTe quantum dots was used as templates.The characteristics of core shell quantum dots with different CdTe/CdS molar ratios were studied.PL fluorescence spectra, XRD diffraction analysis, TEM transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize and analysis.The results show that the quantum dot structure of the core is generated by there is no CdS QDs in the synthesized CdTe/CdS core shell quantum dots, the size is about 6nm which close to theoretical calculation, the photoluminescence quantum yields reaches the maximum of 32% when CdTe/CdS =5∶1 , which with value of the application in the detection of heavy metal ions and biological markers.关键词
