摘要

Abstract

The effect of light quality on growth and main chemical composition of tissue culture in Anoectochilus roxburghii was studied.In the experiment, humidity, temperature, CO2 concentration and photosynthetic photon quanta flux density ( PPFD ) were same in all the tissue culture chambers.The seedlings cultured under white light ( light of fluorescent lamp ) were made as comparisons, and the seedlings cultured under seven kinds of monochromatic light were measured to get the data about growth mass and chlorophyll, total flavonoids, protein and sugar content.The results showed that white light was more beneficial to improving fresh weight, dry weight, stem diameter and chlorophyll content than monochromatic light.Compared with the comparisons, wavelength 660nm red light could improve the plant height and promote the accumulation of protein content, but it restrained increasing the content of chlorophyll, total flavonoids and sugar.Wavelength 442nm blue light could improve leaf area.Wavelength 452nm blue light helped increasing total flavonoids content.Treatments under blue light had higher total flavonoids content than those under red light.Finally, the results showed that green light promoted the accumulation of sugar.
