高羊茅 FaSGR 基因 RNAi 载体构建
Construction of RNAi Expression Vector for FaSGR Gene of Tall Fescue

Abstract
In this study,RNAi vector pANDA-B-870 with hygromycin resistance for tall fescue FaSGR gene drove by Ubiq-uitin promoter was constructed using the Gateway technology,which was suitable for genetic transformation of monocots.The pANDA-B-870 vector was transformed into Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105 competent cells by electroporation method, the transformation was confirmed by PCR.The construction of RNAi vector for FaSGR gene provided technical support for further study of FaSGR gene’s function and the application of SGR of tall fescue in genetic improvement.关键词
