The Internal Logic and Specific Paths of the Soft Law Legalization of Socialist Core Values
摘要
Abstract
In the comprehensive promotion of the rule of law and social management, the soft law agrees with socialist core values and they are mutually beneficial.Socialist core values are the spiritual soul of the soft law while the latter provides the sys-tematic guarantee of the former.Socialist core values have the internal logic of the soft law legalization.Currently, the soft law le-galization of socialist core values has become the basic task of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and building a socialist cultural power.We must adhere to socialist core values and promote its soft law legalization in terms of the international soft law , public policies, Party rules, civil rules, village rules and regulations in various industries.关键词
