假色槭种子层积过程中储藏物质及淀粉酶活性变化
Storage Substance Content and Amylase Activities during the Stratification of Acerpseudo-sieboldianum Seeds
摘要
Abstract
The substance transformation and amylase activities of stratified seeds of Acerpseudo-sieboldianum were discussed in order to study the change of physiological indexes. During stratification, the content of soluble sugars,soluble protein and starch all gradually declined. The activities of α-amylase activities in the stratified seeds descends early,then ascends,and then descends and then ascends. Theβ-amylase activities in the stratified seeds descends early, then changes mildly. The results would provide an useful reference to find out the germination physiology of seeds.关键词
