川芎生物碱对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用
Protective Effect of Chuanxiong Alkaloid on Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Injury in Rats

Abstract
Objective To explore the protective effects of Chuanxiong ( CHX ) Alkaloids on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion( I/R) injury in rats. Methods A total of 60 wistar rats were purchased and randomly divided into six groups with 10 rats in each grouop, including ischemia-reperfusion ( I/R ) group, sham operated group, the treatment groups and the positive control group. The reversible middle cerebral artery ischemia-reperfusion( I/R) model was made by suture method. Superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity and malondialdehyde( MDA) content of the brain tissue were measured with xanthine oxidase method and thiobarbituric acid method. Neurological injury scores were recorded after the animals regained consciousness,the changes of water content in cerebral tissue was detected,and the results were compared with the sham group. Results Compared with the sham group,in the I/R group,the SOD activity decreased and MDA content increased in brain tissue(P<0. 01),the volume and area of brain infarction significantly increased ( P<0 . 01 ) , the content of brain water increased and neurological seriously damaged(P<0. 05). Compared with I/R group,the SOD activity of CHX Alkaloids treatment groups was significantly higher(P<0. 01),MDA obviously decreased in brain tissue(P<0. 05),water content in brain tissue decreased,the area and volume of infarction significantly reduced(P<0. 01),and neurologic injury score was obviously different(P<0. 01). Conclusion CHX alkaloids can reduce cerebral I/R-induced brain damage,and thus has protective effect on cerebral tissue to some extent.关键词
