HIV/HCV共感染患者念珠菌检出情况及相关研究
Correlated Investigation of Detection of Candida in HIV/HCV Coinfection Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the conceivable correlation factor and significance through investigating detection of candida from 101 HIV/HCV. Method To identify the sample collected from oral cavity,skin,nail of 101 coinfection cases with HIV/HCV,by using CHROMagar Candida color medium,45℃ growth test,API-20C-AUX identification system. Simultaneously, to search the correlated information of pidemiology, treatment and detection to progress single actor and multiple factors through the national AIDS comprehensive prevention and control of information system. Results In 101 coinfection cases with HIV/HCV, 44 cases ( 43. 6%) were detected with candida. In 44 strains candida,19 strains (43. 2%) were C. Albicans,9 strains (20. 5%) were C. parapsilosis,8 strains (18. 2%) were C. Guilliermondii,1 strain (2. 3%) was C. tropicalis,1 strain (2. 3%) was C. krusei,5 strains (11. 4%) were C. zeylanoides,1 strain (2. 3%) was C. mycoderma. There was statistical difference in CD4 and viral load through single factor and multiple factors analysis. The detection rate of CD4 and viral load were significantly higher than that of other groups. Conclusion The major strains were C. Albicans,C. parapsilosis,C. Guilliermondii. The detection rate was highly correlated with CD4 number and viral load. It has certain reference value to prejudge prognosis of clinical virology and immunology of HIV/HCV coinfection cases.关键词
