大肠埃希菌ELISA检测条件的优化
Optimization of ELISA Conditions for Escherichia Coli Detection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the test conditions of ELISA method for detecting E. coli. Method The ELISA method for detecting E. coli was optimized through Box-Behnken central composite design and response surface methodology. Results The optimized ELISA test conditions were as follows:antigen coating concentration of 6. 25μg/mL antigen coating time of 7 hours,antibody dilution of 1 ∶ 625 0. Under this condition,the detected OD value of E. coli reached 2. 12. Conclusion The optimization of ELISA conditions for E. coli detection using the Box-Behnken statistical experimental design is not only scientific and rational,but also quick and efficient.关键词
