摘要
Abstract
Party members among young university teachers who are main leaders and instructors for healthy growth of college students shoulder dual responsibility and obligation of teaching and political guidance .Under the new situation , in order to establish the socialist core values among Party members of young teachers in universities , we must strengthen organizational leadership , give play to the func-tion of exemplary demonstration of primary Party organizations , pay attention to interest appeals and values desires , strengthen system construction and inspire positive practice of Party members among young teachers , so as to help them identify and understand socialist core values.关键词
