摘要
Abstract
ZnO nanowires metal-semiconductor-metal(MSM)ultraviolet detectors were fabricated on glass substrate by a single-step hydrothermal reaction. We have discussed response time and responsivity. The I-V characteristic and switch response characteristic have been measured under dark field and UV light. Based on the embedded LINUX operating system and Qt Creator software platform,the UV light detecting and alarming system is designed using S3C6410 microprocessor. This system has the advantages of low cost,high precision and quick response.关键词
