摘要

Abstract

Embedding the piezoelectric ceramic into concrete can form piezoelectric embedded typed alert module , which can implement on-line health monitoring of the concrete structure. To improve the accuracy of the monitoring, this thesis has down research on the characteristics of acoustic energy when piezoelectric ceramic radiant ultrasonic is transmitting in concrete based on Mapping Results onto a path technology. Experiments showed that with the in⁃creasing of excitation frequency,the energy attenuation speed of piezoelectric ceramic radiant acoustic wave will slow down. What’s more,the situation that excitation frequency equals to 79 kHz is the more suitable to do the piezoelectric embedded typed ultrasonic nondestructive testing experiment. With the increasing of propagation dis⁃tance and diffusion range of ultrasonic,descent speed of sound pressure and decay rate of sound energy will be vary⁃ing non-linear. Under the same excitation frequency,the maximum and the minimum sound pressure value in differ⁃ent path will respectively correspond to different positions. When the radius of mapping path is less than 0.08 me⁃ters,the maximum sound pressure value is in the direction of thickness,and angles that the minimum sound pres⁃sure value corresponding to is between 54 and 58.5. On the other side,when the radius of mapping path is greater than 0.08 meters,the angle that the maximum sound pressure value corresponding to deviates,the axial direction caused by the overlapping of the thickness direction and radial direction. And the angles that the minimum sound pressure value corresponding to is between 45 and 61.
