摘要

Abstract

To reduce vibration and noise of the cutting blade in working process,a finite element model of the cutting blade was established by ANSYS APDL.Load was given by inversions to simplify the model and analysis the process,and the results show that the vibration amplitude of the cutting blade can be reduced by rectifying the parameters.Based on the square relationship between the vibration energy and the velocity,we designed an optimization program by taking the quadratic sum of the speed of the test point as the objective function to optimize the cutting blade model,and acquire a set of optimized data,which can provide basis for actual production.
