Abstract
The necessary of consistency and inconsistency in subjective evaluation were decribed and the mathematical formulation of this problem were given,and the evaluation system and the specific steps were described. Based on the subjective and objective sorted results,a threshold aggregation method on ranx correlation coefficient was proposed.关键词
