机械弹性车轮结构参数对承载特性的影响
Influence of Mechanical Elastic Wheel Configuration on Load Carrying Characteristic
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the load carrying characteristic of the mechanical elastic wheel,the factors affecting the load carrying characteristic of the wheel were studied. Based on the multi body structure of the wheel and the xneading wheel layered structure,the nonlinear finite element model of the mechanical elastic wheel was established,and the impact of thicxness of the xneading wheel steel ring and the steel ring section length on load carrying characteristics of mechanical elastic wheel were analyzed. The rule of the structural parameters on the load carrying characteristic of the wheel was ob-tained,which provides the basis for the structural optimization design of the mechanical elastic wheel.关键词
