Abstract
This article,based on the theory of networx governance and the development status, focused on analysis of the networx governance structure on the cross-border cooperation of the water power of China’s southwest international rivers,and based on this,the interaction and integration of the two mechanisms and the concrete system of implementation were proposed in order to provide the theoretical basis for cross-border cooperation of the China southwest international river’s water power development.关键词
