摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the present situation of human resource in second grade hospitals in Dalian Cit-y,and provide the basis for the development planning and related health care reform policy which meets the actual circs of Dalian city.Methods By random sampling method,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the 10 Second-level general hospitals in Dalian.Results The number of hospital staff was shortage,and the number of nurses and administrators was deficient,the educational level of administrators was lower.In urban area,the ratio of hospital beds to nurses 0 .34∶1 ) and doctors to nurses 1 .47∶1 ) were both lower than the national standard. Conclusion The number of staff should be increased reasonably and the development planning of human resources should be made scientifically.The hospitals should replenish personnel and improve the degree level and professional ability of administrators.关键词
