超声波辅助提取关黄柏中巴马汀的研究
Study on the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of palmatine from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of palmatine from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex through ultrasonic-assisted extraction by orthogonal.Methods The ultrasonic wave flow was selected as the main methods of extraction,while ultraviolet spectrophotometric method as the main method for the determination of the absorbance val-ue which were comparative analysed.Results The primary and secondary factors of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of palmatine from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex as follows:extracting temperature>ratio of material to liquid>extraction time>extraction power.The optimum extracting conditions was the ratio of solid to liquid 1/15,extraction time 35 min,temperature 40 ℃,ultrasonic power 90 W.Conclusion It could be optimized the extraction palmatine by or-thogonal test,which provide theoretical references for better extraction of palmatine from Phellodendri Amurensis Cor-tex.关键词
