摘要

Abstract

Integration of renewable power sources like wind and photovoltaic to power grid increases uncertainties in power system operation. By integrating demand side resources, virtual power plants can both increase accommodation of renewable power and improve system security and reliability. Time of use pricing, a price based DR strategy, can effectively change electricity consumption behavior of users. Time of use pricing method of consumer side is mainly studied under uncertainty especially when there is wind power in system. Based on analysis of wind power uncertainty, user consumption behavior and price elasticity of demand, Mont Carlo simulation is used to generate scenarios, and then scenario reduction is applied to reduce computational burden. Clustering analysis is used to optimize division of peak, valley and flat periods. To minimize expected gap between peak and valley of system net load, time of use pricing model under uncertainty in user side is established, and examples indicate its effectiveness.
