电化学沉积法制备ZnO纳米柱及自驱动紫外探测性能研究
Fabrication of ZnO Nanorods by Electrochemical Deposition and Research on The Self-powered ZnO Ultraviolet Photodetector
摘要
Abstract
ZnO nanorods were fabricated by electrochemical deposition on ITO substrate with ZnO seed layer. The influences of the thickness of seed layer and the deposition potential on the morphol-ogy of ZnO nanorods were discussed. Furthermore, ZnO nanorods self-powered ultraviolet photode-tector was fabricated. The spectral responsivity of this photodetector has a maximum value of 0. 012 A/W from 300 to 400 nm.关键词
