摘要

Abstract

Base on the Cheng's morphological classification and SSR molecular markers of Indica j aponica ,22 F7 lines derived from Zhenshan 97B/Xiushui 13 were analyzed .These lines were also crossed with 4 2‐PTGMS lines to produce 88 F1 hybrids .The correlation between the genetic background and seed‐setting rate of these F1 hybrids were analyzed .The results showed that the genetic differentiation on the 22 progenies of I . japonica was significant ,with most of them belonged to either Indicaor Indicaclinous type .The I .japonicaclassifications based on the SSR molecular markers and Cheng's index were similar .The seed‐setting and the parental genetic background of the F1 hybrids were found to be negatively correlated at an extremely significant level . According to the stepwise regression analysis , the I . j aponica differentiations on the 2‐PTGMS lines and the difference on the j aponica contents of the parents appeared to be the major factors affecting the seed‐setting of the F1 hybrids .Consequently ,breeding rice populations with cultivars carrying widely compatible genes could benefit the crossing that intended to utilize the heterosis .
