福州市生食蔬菜沙门氏菌污染状况分析
Salmonella Contamination of Raw Vegetables in Fuzhou
摘要
Abstract
The contamination of Salmonella in raw vegetables in the city of Fuzhou was studied to determine the status and identify the high risk vegetable (s) on the market .Forty‐eight various kinds of raw vegetables were sampled following the GB/T 4789.1‐2008 procedure at 4 local supermarkets in the city .Bacteria from the samples were isolated using the selective media and further identified by PCR . It was shown that , in 4 categories of vegetables ,16.7% Lactuca sativa were tested positive ,while the other 3 were not found with the salmonella contamination .关键词
