2个凡纳滨对虾选育群体亲虾形态特征及其产卵量、孵化率的比较
Comparison of morphological characteristics, fecundity and hatchability on two breeding groups of Litopenaeus vannamei broodstock

Abstract
In the paper, the morphological characteristics and fecundity, hatchability on different breeding groups of Litopenaeus vannamei broodstock were studied, respectively. The results showed that there were no significant difference between A group and B group except body weight, body length, carapace length, the second segment height and telson length. The spawning amount of A and B group were respectively(0. 65 ± 0. 20) ×104,(0. 64 ±0. 18) ×104 individual/body weight (g) (P>0. 05). However, there were signifi-cant differences on the nauplii amount and hatching rate ( P<0. 05 ) . There was significantly correlated on body weight and fecundity of B group of Litopenaeus vannamei broodstock ( P < 0. 05 ) , the broodstock spaw-ning quantity ( Y, million ) and weight ( W, g ) regression equation was: Y =0. 054 5W0. 677 8 ( R2 =0. 522 8 ) . There was no significantly correlated on morphometric character and fecundity of A group of Litope-naeus vannamei broodstock (P>0. 05), the broodstock spawning quantity (Y, million) and weight (W, g) regression equation was:Y=0. 010 3W1.0878 (R2 =0. 410 3).关键词
