Design on Calibration System for Ultra-high Frequency Partial Discharge Detector Based on Giga Hertz Transverse Electromagnetic Cell
摘要
Abstract
There are great differences in stabilities and reliabilities of detection equipments for ultra-high frequency (UHF) partial discharge (PD)monitoring devices from different manufacturers.Therefore,UHF calibration system based on giga hertz transverse electromagnetic (GTEM)cell is designed which could turn adjustable high-frequency signals produced by high-frequency signal generator into narrow pulse via pulse modulator,then the narrow pulse is transmitted in GTEM cell by broadband antenna and a standard pulsed electromagnetic field is established.The sensor of PD detector for examined is placed in the test window to receive signals and by analyzing sensitivity,linearity,range and amplitude frequency response of the PD detector,it is able to realize examination for performance of the instrument.关键词
