摘要

Abstract

A kind of method of using additional damping controller of electronic power transformer (EPT)to improve damp-ing of power system is proposed,mathematic model for EPT is constructed and vector control strategy for EPT is studied.A control strategy of adding damping controller in active power control loop of EPT is proposed to improve damping of the power system and a method for designing parameters of the additional damping controller based on frequency response meth-od is studied.Parameters of the damping controller of EPT are designed in two-area and four-machine system and time-do-main simulation verifies validity of the damping controller.
