化疗期肺癌患者应对方式与胃肠道反应的相关性
Correlation of coping styles with gastrointestinal reaction in patients with lung cancer on chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of coping styles with gastrointestinal reaction in patients with lung cancer on chemotherapy in order to provide data for clinical intervention study .Methods 120 cases of lung cancer patients on chemotherapy were investigated by the general questionnaire , Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire and gastro-intestinal reaction assessment form .The results were analyzed .Results Scores of face and avoidance were negatively cor-related with score of gastrointestinal reactions (r value ranged from -0.419 to -0.150, P<0.05), while score of yield was positively correlated with score of gastrointestinal reactions (r value ranged from 0.156 to 0.375, P<0.05).There was no correlation between scores of avoidance and constipation , and between scores of yield and diarrhea ( P>0.05 ) . Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the effects of face and avoidance on gastrointestinal reaction were statistically significant ( P<0.05) , which could explain the variation of 9.9%-21.9%of the gastrointestinal reac-tion.The effect of yield was positive , but the effect of face was negative .Conclusion Coping styles is closely related to the gastrointestinal reaction in patients with lung cancer on chemotherapy , and positive coping styles can help to reduce gastrointestinal reactions .关键词
