基于Co x回归模型的高血压并发冠心病影响因素分析
Analysis of influencing factors of patients with hypertension complicating coronary heart disease based on Cox regression model
摘要
Abstract
The influencing factors of the hypertension and its related complications can provide the theory basis for prevention and control of them.Through Cox single variable regression and multivariate regression on the samples of five years,95 794 cases of hypertension patients in Shenzhen recorded in medical treatment information,analysis results show that the mayor influencing factors of the hypertension complicating coronary heart disease are age,sex,behavior,exercise frequency,sys-tolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,cognitive condition,weight and so on,which are statistically significant (p<0.05).To prevent hypertension and coronary heart disease and improve the health level,people need to strengthen the com-prehension of hypertension and its complications.At the same time,hypertension patients should strengthen the exercise, take medication on time,keep reasonable diet,take part in health knowledge education in order to reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease and other complications.关键词
