基于Workbench的管材液压冲击成形数值模拟
Dynamics simulation of liquid impact forming based on Workbench
摘要
Abstract
When liquid pressure is unknown and cannot be preset,the numerical simulation of the tube liquid impact forming cannot be realized in Dynaform.So the transient dynamic simulation of tube liquid impact forming is done by ANSYS Workbench,the relation between the pipe internal pressure and time is obtained.The basis of tubing analysis in the Dy-naform is provided.At the same time,liquid impact forming technology is feasible and practical.关键词
