4种药用植物抗氧化活性的研究
Anti-oxidative activity of four medicinal plants
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the antioxidant activity of different polarities of four medicinal plants(Kalimeris indica, Gnaphalium affine,Acanthopanax senticosus,Xanthium sibiricum).Antioxidant activity of the petroleum ether fraction(EVP),acetic ether fraction(EVE),n-butanol fraction(EVB)andmethanol fraction(EVM) were determined by the DPPH assay. The results showed that different polarities of four medicinal plants are capable of clearing DPPH,among which the acetic ether fractionfromKalimeris Indicais the most effective.关键词
