Research progress on root canal configuration of mandibular anterior teeth
下颌前牙多为单根单管，但根管变异亦屡见不鲜，因而遗漏根管导致下颌前牙根管治疗失败的情况时有发生。本文通过回溯国内外近年来下颌前牙根管形态的研究结果，分析了下颌前牙根管形态特点及根管变异与根管治疗效果的关系，提出几点建议，以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Most mandibular anterior teeth are single root with single root canal, but a large morphological divergence on the root canal systems still exists. Extra roots or root canals if not detected are a major reason for the failure of root canal treatment.
