国产与合资尼群地平片治疗原发性高血压的疗效对比研究

Abstract
Objective: Evaluate the therapeutical effects of the homemade and joint venture nitrendipine in cure the essential hypertension.Methods: A total of 70 hypertension patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. hTe experimental group was dosed with homemade nitrendipine, 10 mg, Po, 1/day, and the control group was dosed with joint venture nitrendipine 10 mg, Po, 1/day. Both of their treatment periods were 4 weeks.Results: Atfer the period of treatment, the total effective of experimental and control group’s rates were 91.4% and 94.3%, respectively. hTere was no signiifcant difference in effcacy (P>0.05).Conclusion: hTe therapeutical effects of the homemade and joint venture nitrendipine for essential hypertension are similar.关键词
