The roles of proteoglycans in tumor angiogenesis

Abstract
Angiogenesis is a key step in the process of tumor progress. Proteoglycans (PGs) is an important element of the extracellular matrix, some studies have shown that PGs have close relationship with the occurrence of tumor development, and may participate in the process of tumor angiogenesis. In this review article, the research status of PGs in tumor angiogenesis was brielfy summarized.关键词
